How you get paid

Pay terms you can count on

Quick Pay in 2 days

Need cash fast? Choose 2-day quick pay for a 3% fee. Paid in about 2 business days once your signed POD and invoice are received and approved in Epay Manager.

Standard pay: Net 30

No fee. Paid within 30 days once your signed POD and invoice are received in Epay Manager, and often sooner.

Credit-approved shippers

Every SwiftLink customer is credit-approved through OTR Solutions before we book a load, so the freight you haul is backed.

Factoring company? No problem. Email your Notice of Assignment to [email protected] and we'll pair your factor in Epay Manager.

Tell us about your trucks

Send your MC number, equipment, and the lanes you want using the form below.

Complete your MCP packet

We'll email you a MyCarrierPortal invite. Already on MCP? Setup takes a few clicks.

Haul and get paid

Send your signed POD and invoice through Epay Manager. Get paid in 2 days with quick pay or Net 30 with no fee.

Get set up

Carrier requirements

  • Active MC authority and USDOT number, with no Unsatisfactory or Conditional safety rating
  • Auto liability of at least $1,000,000 ($5,000,000 for hazmat)
  • Cargo coverage of at least $100,000 per truckload
  • General liability of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate
  • Workers' comp as required by state law
  • Signed broker–carrier agreement, W-9, and COI through MyCarrierPortal
  • Epay Manager account, or your factor's Notice of Assignment
  • No double brokering. The carrier on the rate confirmation hauls the load.
